Defective Products
All defective products must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date.* Materials that have been cut, trimmed, altered from their original form, or incorrectly used may not be returned.
If your product is not functioning properly, please call our Support Department at 831-663-2663 as soon as possible (but not later than 21 days from purchase) Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department.
All returns must include the original packing slip. You must also write your RMA number on the box and mailing label.
Please Note:
Closed packages: Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product. If the supplier's original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 21 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number from our customer service department for each defective product you wish to return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Each RMA number is good for a specific product only. You may be asked to provide the product serial number. All products must be received by within 10 business days of the RMA issuance. Also, all products must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date, regardless of when the RMA was issued.
All products and packaging must be returned in resalable condition. Any returns not in resalable condition may be subject to a repackaging fee.
